Returns:

You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Accessories, sale items, and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or style? Exchanges can be requested within the same 7-day window, based on availability.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

How to Start a Return:

Email us at retailwithus25@gmail.com with your order number + reason for return.

We’ll send you return instructions and next steps. Once we receive your item, we’ll take care of the rest.

The Silk & Steel Standard:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Each piece from Silk & Steel Co. is prepared with intention and care. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment.

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Tracking:

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package from our hands to yours.
